I ordered the complete series of Newhart on DVD. The collection came from China—from a Mr Wu who seemed to have got his discs badly mixed up, so that I received several duplicate discs with the result that many episodes were missing. The company, which is fronted by one Kimberley Weis, asked me to go through the complete series and identify the missing episodes which would then be replaced (an enormously time-consuming task). It then turned out they couldn't replace the episodes after all! A refund was offered, it took many weeks to come (I didn't really expect it to come at all!) and it was administered by some other company and appeared on my statement as "nostalgia cakes"! However, although the website said when I ordered initially that postage/shipping to the UK was free, in fact in the so-called "full refund" they deducted postage costs, and I had to pay registered post to return the item to China. The little I watched of the DVDs indicated that the set was copied and the quality appeared generally poor.

My advice is to stay well away from smiledvd.co.uk, or any similar company that is fronted by Kimberley Weis.
