Got a call this morning from "the Windows support team". They had me sit at my computer and move through various files telling me they were corrupted files. Then he opened a page with the computer usage and tried to tell me that CPU meant "computer personal utilities".(It means central processing unit). And that my 2% usage was the only good part left of my computer. It is under-utilized. What a scam. And the phone number on my caller ID they used was not in service when I tried to call back. Don't let them scare you.
