He sent a notification to AZ, which was received today. I entered his name on FB, and found out he is a rip-off artist. He needs to be stopped, and I would think the Government of KS should be the one to do it.
Some older people could be taken in by his official looking letters that say they won $2,000,000.00 if they send him a fee payment.
