I ordered in Sept 2014, and thought I was getting a sample of a fine skin improvement product. I recieved it and it m ade my face red and smells horrible unlike a good quality product. I was away from home for a couple of months with elderly friends being hospitalized, then home to find 2 more packages of this tiny bottle of LUMISSE and a charge of $90.00 each on my credit card. I made several attempts to contact them with a different story each time, finally I spoke with a young man that would allow me to return only one bottle. Beware
