Ordered Raspberry Ketones and Cleanse Xtrem online 2 weeks ago as advertised on Facebook. What a mistake!
I still haven't received the Raspberry Ketones
I phoned today to cancel my order as I realised that I needed to do this within 14 days of ordering. I spoke to an Indian man on a terrible crackly and intermittent line. I was told that if I wanted to stop the monthly payments which would soon be due I had to send all the unused tablets back! If I failed to do this then I would be charged the full amount for them!
I was very annoyed as this was not explained before I placed my order. Anyway when I asked who to send the tablets back too, the man was very vaque and reluctantly said the Company was called 'Beach Ready Incorporated' and he would email me the address by email straight away.
I kept him on the phone whilst he did this and what a surprise I received no such email. When I told him this he said he would send it again. Still no email (not in spam either). I said why didn't he just tell me the address but he would not. However I found an address on my dispatch note whilst I was speaking to him and asked if this was the right one for returns. He said it was
Although he said the payments would be cancelled as soon as they received the
return,I also phoned my bank who checked my account and found the payment for the P&P deducted. They have now stopped any payments going out and I am to phone them if anymore money gets debited
