Dear Sir/Madam,i sent for the free trial that you was offering and i recieved it ok,but now the problem is you have sent me another jar of your cream of with i did not order or want,and you have charged me £95-95 of whuch you was not authorised to take and i want my money back please and also don't take any more money from me or i will have the banks fraudsquad to ivestigate your company and for them to take legal action against you
