We are Consumer Protection Attorneys with The Abrams Firm in Washington and are intrigued with the allegations set forth in the prior complaint about this Mexican timeshare company.

The Consumer statements here seem indicative of Fraudulent Inducement – Bait & Switch Fraud, wherein the allegations state:
“We were set up for a major scam… a timeshare presentation at Vallarta Gardens. They said Mercury Property Management [in St. Louis, MO would sell our timeshares], but we had to buy their time share”
“The city of St Louis, MO says the address stated on the Mercury contracts does not exist in St. Louis. Everything [the timeshare sales reps] told us was a lie or a scam setup.”

There is Evidence mounting in one matter and ready for release, and we still would appreciate any corroborating testimony to the similar issues raised by the previous consumer in determination of further investigations.

Whenever it is proved that two or more companies collude to obtain financial gains via fraud, RICO Act violations are always to be considered, be it a private right of action or governmental regulatory enforcement.
