My aunt accepted a call from my cousin whom is in a Sioux Falls, SD jail. She paid the bill in full.The check cleared 10/30/2014. Now they are sending texts continuously threaghtening her with collections. We can't get thru to speak to, or e-mail anyone directly.I told her to ignore the texts.
