I also fell for the free trial. I received the initial shipment and subsequently authorized payment for that shipment. I then contacted the company and cancelled any future shipments, receiving a cancellation number and was assured that there would be no more charges. However, they have charged and shipped to me a second time without my authorization. Now I can not find a contact number for them to speak with a live person to resolve the problem.
