this is a scam saying they are Microsoft and instead cause viruses and theft on your computer. Person calls stating your computer is going to crash in 20 minutes and tells you how to look this up on your computer by giving you the license number of your own computer. Which DID match. By the time I realized this was a sales pitch it was too late. Damage was done.
