florida blue in the sanford call center is a shady place that is not good for employees and unethical. There is a lot of nonsense that goes on there and a lot of backstabbing and people trying to even mess with other people's careers. the manager chad garrell is a control freak, bully and uses his position to mistreat or lie to employees or bully them. He mislead me about important information intentionally and messed up my ability to even sell. He comes across as friendly and nice to get you to trust him and then he will screw you over when you don't even know it, and also use his position to behave in all sorts of manners towards employees. They mess with people's heads, lie to them, play games and its more of a soap opera than a working environment. There are all kinds of things that go on there..These people are unethical and they will sabotage people's careers. its one of the worst places to work with control freaks and bullies. They will then take all of their customers and treat people very badly. the manager chad will try to get you to trust him just so he can screw you over. he will also try to take your sales and threaten to take your customers or even control them and hold onto them. Chad will brag about how much money he makes then literally try to sabotage or take agents sales so they aren't making money. He will then lie to them and as a result mess up their careers. He will put you in anxiety with his behavior and do this only to some people and not to others. the management is horrible and really out to screw people over. The management is very unethical and will screw over employees and agents and even take their customers and sales. After they lie to you mess with your career and life, and screw you over, they will take all your customers and sales before you even have a chance to do anything about it. horrible place..really bad..bullies, control freaks beware agents
