Received the product in July, and when it did no good requested an RMA to return remaining bottles. The representative, Monica, offered a 50% discount if I wanted to avoid the hassle of returning the product. I decided to this (REALLY wish I hadn't), and I have been calling ever since in an attempted to resolve the issue. There truly is a wall between customer service and billing/management. Nothing to date has been accomplished except a lot of wasted time and effort, to say nothing of total frustration. Now I can no longer even reach this company so assume they have since gone out of business. What a scam!!
