Arnaud Gailleurd is from France, I met him at an event at meetup.com in Singapore. He offer to be my Facebook group's administrator. He says he will be my company's Biz IT Developer. He ask for SGD1000 per project. I negotiated the 1st project to revamp my website forum (Forum.Brilliant-Tutors.com) to $750. He asked for $250 deposit. He refused to submit a e-notification to the authorities that he is working for me. He gave me a flimsy business plan, he took another $300 and never execute the plan. He asked me to get a bank loan to pay him SGD6000 a mth. The night after the second payment he told me he got a job of SGD7000 and have to fly to Hong Kong for 2 weeks for work. He blocked me at Facebook and WhatsApp subsequently. I made a police report. I told the meetup organiser and he banned him from the meetup group.
