They sent me a package and the day I received it I called them because I didn't want it. They told me how to send it back to them and cancel their subscription I did not want and I complied. They then a month later deducted the full amount of 90$ from my account and I asked them why and they said they never received the package at their warehouse. How could you not? How much time do you need for your crappy product to get back to you?
