I ordered 2 pairs of Airmax trainers from Cool-teams.com I received an email to say that my order is being processed and that I would receive another email upon delivery. Still nothing. My order should of only taken 5-7 working days, 10 days later and I still do not have my order. I have paid for this order, the money has come out of the bank (more than what should off)
What can I do to get my money back?
