I bought a pair of Clarks boots and a pair of Clarks shoes - totalling $130.00 I never heard from the company again. I wrote to them 2 weeks after my order to ask where my footwear was - since I hadn't had any order/shipping updates from them since my order date of November 30. I had no response. I wrote to them today, December 21, 3 weeks after my order. I don't expect to hear from them. I'll contact my credit card company.
