I ordered two pair of ugg boots for Christmas. They took one month to reach my home. When I opened The package there was no return labels or any information on the boots. They were stuffed in ugg plastic bags. These boots are clearly fakes. I can't reach anyone to return these boots. When you click customer service on the website it pops you back to the front page of website. No number or address. Very upsetting, especially this time of year.
