I ordered a free trial of age renew serum at a cost of £1.99. There was no mention on the website that if I didn't cancel the order would be repeated on a monthly basis and there certainly was no mention of the ridiculous price of £89 for a small (30ml) tube . I have only ever received the sample but my bank has been debited 3 times @ £89 !!!. I have now called to cancel on a USA call centre number but told no refunds will be given as the terms and conditions are precise but their website does still not show these.Diane
