Want my money back, not just $90 - all of it:

Zymbiotix states:The charges were authorized when you placed your order in October. We have sent three shipments. I will send you an RMA with return shipping instructions for the last shipment you received. Per the terms, you must cancel before the free trial is over to stop the monthly shipments and charges. You canceled on December 26th.

They even sent a picture stating their small print: Stating $4.95 today and do nothing and receive 45 days of supplies. If satisfied do nothing you will be charged the post-trial product of $89.95 every 30 days.

My response was:am guessing you get a lot of money from this dirty trick. Free trial (yet in unknown tiny print, if you end it within 30 days or we will automatically ship and charge you $90.)My husband unfortunately doesn't understand small print.. However, all of the bottles are available to be sent back to you, and we expect a full re-fund.



If this is a pronlem, I am not a lawyer, but I am a CPA who works in an office with lawyers down the hall. Lets play a game of who wins. My first move is:I need a copy of all of your documentation proving that my husband authorized all of these charges. Anything you have, ie the paperwork, the signature, the purchase, etc. by law you are required to give out this information. Once I receive this information I will give it to my friend down the hall and we can go from there. I am sure you get legal threats every day, so class action sounds great to me.
