Hello All I am too much starange for openvcc.com , I bough today 2 us vba from him. but before i added him on skype. Then i chat few hours ago.I ask him for vba rate , he told me he can take 5.5$ as reseller .so i ask to his payment method and he gave me his wmz account ( Z279157244399 ) , so i sent him 13$ wmz and ask to check and give me vba. But starnge few min he stop chatting then i ask to give vba , he told me i am checking and wait. But he pass 5 min. Here never gave vba. Then i ask him dont cheap and give me vba i have screen shoot. he doing bad behave. so I am looking for this scammer. I want to back my wmz refund or vba.

How can this scammer provide here services ?
