I attempted to make a change of address on the date listed above thinking this site was associated with the US Postal Service i was told i would only be charged a $1 processing fee but was not informed untill the transaction had fully processed that i was actualy charged the amount of $19.95 i've sent several emails to this company requesting a refund still have not seen any action taking yet when i try to look up the contact info it informs me they can only be contacted by email i dont know if i will ever get my money back stern warning to everyone please be aware of this website its a big scam
