Saw ad for a free sample, just needed to pay the 4.95 shipping fee. So I ordered it. Credit card immediately charged the 4.95. There was no mention of any $89 for a free-trial sample in their adv. Received the small 1 to 2 oz sample. Tried it and had a very bad reaction to it. My credit card was charged $89, though I had not ordered any product due to the blistery rash all over my face. I wrote them an email telling them I hadn't order any product (except the small free sample) and that I wouldn't be due to the mess it made of my face. Soon I was charge another $89 (12/28/14). A package came in the mail from the company. I didn't open it, I wrote "return to sender" and took it to the post-office the same day (w/n 4 hrs of receiving it). I have tried to find an address for the company - one does not seem to exist. I called the number on my credit card statement. Got a message that lead me through a set of instruction to eventually get to a "cancel" account field. Went through their cancel steps and finally got it cancelled (I hope). When I call the number again to get my money back repeatedly got hung up on. When I called to get a company address....again I was hung up on twice. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!! Shysters!
