Bought a Michael kors bag for my daughter as a Christmas present it's stated 100% authentic leather bag with leather handles etc. It was offered in £ sterling and after researching I was satisfied that this bag was made for the outlets and that's why it was cheaper, it didn't arrive within 5-7 days as promised but 2 jan because it was held at customs awaiting a further 21.69 charge before it could be dispatched which I didn't know about that! When it arrived it was the cheapest plastic bag, so thin, smelt plastic obviously fake and to say I was disappointed is an understatement, I wouldn't use this bag as a peg bag it's that bad! I emailed "mkbagservice" several times was told to place in a ventilated area to help the smell disappear in a few days I was furious, and that if I sent it back I would probably lose my shoes in transit!! Shoes I was talking about a bag! They are obviously not going to refund my money and to return it back would be a further £15+ to ship and I don't know what to do! Do I risk sending it back and hope to get a refund minus a 15% handling fee they are going to charge me, or cut my loss and put it down to stupidity! in total I have paid out already £86.79 and I reluctant don't want to pay any more to ship it back knowing it will conveniently get lost in the post, this website is an utter disgrace selling illegal counterfeit goods and I am angry at myself for being duped! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
