I purchased a pair of boots for $75.00 from Cao Hui Shoes, online, on December 22, 2014. I
received a "confirmation of order". I paid by paypal, and I also received a "confirmation" that my money was delivered.
Since that time I have emailed almost daily, asking for: order confirmation, shipping delivery date.
Nothing. No response. I have 3 different email
addresses for this company. I have also tried connecting to them, online website.
I now believe this is a total fraud and they
just take your money and disappear.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to how to reach these people?
