John Ferguson placed a tenant in one of my houses for december. He collected the rent and deposit from this tenant and has yet to pay me the amount that is due. He is in cahootz with various repair people to charge far more than a repair should cost presumably so him and the repair people can split the excess. When you call him out and prove to him his gross overcharges by getting someone else to do it for 80% less, he won't admit any wrong doing or even feel bad. He has also bounced a few checks off me, so I am having the District attorney go after him for criminal charges. If he has bounced checks off you too, call the district attorney to have him prosecuted.
