i had a personal loan through your direct sales department and when i decided to settle the loan and go for other bank to buy out , i requested certificate with the outstanding amount dated 29/12/14 after mistreatment from new cairo staff and missing info and finally i was told i have to ask the call center not the branch for the certificate in case of settlement .
Audi bank send check with the amount as stated in barclays letter on 11 Jan 15 and received by B GCity on 12 Jan 15 .
Now I asked to close the loan , I was informed that I have to pay extra 18K ,why all that and whom I can talk to .
I cant find any help or any responsible person in this bank to feed me back with correct infos and answer me or tell me what exactly I should do.
as if I m not your customer .

Sorry for banking with barclays , it is an awe full experience till now .
I need someone to tell me why all this lump some to close my loan and of course I can never expect that my next installment will be deducted as you have your money since 12 Jan and my monthly installment by 15 th .
