guy call about grant for a small business thats me i owe a small business told that someone would call and ask me for conformation number today no one called.the guy was foriegner was hard to here he said that it was a recorded call that was the reason for the snait on the phone give me number to call but no good number and they have the nerve to but on the bottom of page about scams froms foriegers so be careful they r know good need to proscute those guys some kind of way
