I returned a phone as defective. I was corresponding with a Cathy about momentary refund and the method of shipment. I corresponded with them for about 2 months and did everything I was asked to do such as uploading a copy of the return receipt. It is 2015 and I have not heard anything more on the matter. In their advertisement they stated a refund or repair of a product that was not working properly. I am now out the money I spent to purchase the phone as well and the return cost.
