This is a company that is constantly coming and leaving messages on my work voicemail, I had to change my cell number due to the number of calls from this company. I actually spoke to the so-called representative that insist that he was a lawyer, not possible. They claimed that I applied for a Payday loan a few years ago and canceled the loan. However once I applied I owed a application fee of $90.00, they claimed since I did not pay the application fee it has accumulated to over $1200.00. I told them to sue me and I will fight the charges in court. I know I did not apply and am confident that I will prevail, this is bogus and a disgrace that I have been harassed by this company on a regular basis and cannot stop the calls. I have been told that I will be arrested in 72 hours unless I comply with terms. There need to be a way to stop companies that scam, con, and pray on innocent people.
