Ordered product online, received the product. No information in the box of the order or of the company. 3 weeks later I received another shipment, then got my credit card bill and there it was, two charges for the product. There is a phone number but of course I called it and no answer, called 10 times or more still no answer. How do I stop this crazy issue of charging my credit card $99.95 a month.
