my daughter went onto site, had to sign in with her credit(actually my CC) wanted to see some movies the site was to have. there nowhere on the initial free trial information of if wanted to cancel then needed to pay the $0.99 until she went to cancel. the trial should have ended but they charged my account for a month of "premium service" called both 800 and 302 numbers. at both got one to person says hello and immediately place me on hold then after a min line was hung up. didn't get through at all on the other number before it too was "lost". help please
