1/18/15: purchase made for Adobe Photoshop CC Software; 1/20/15: disputed purchase and requested refund which was within stated refund policy of 3 days after purchase. Requested refund via several emails (as indicated in refund policy) - sent request to [email protected] on 1/20/15 and several times thereafter. As of 1/27/15, I have received no response to request and no refund. I attempted to reach them via telephone, (888-769-380-8887) and I was sent directly to voice mail where I left a voice mail asking for a follow-up call back but no one has returned my call. I also submitted several inquiries on their website as well - NO response! I have maintained all documentations of my inquires/refund requests. I want my money back!!! The purchased software was NEVER downloaded and I should not be forced to keep this, especially given I requested a refund within the guidelines of their supposed refund policy. The refund policy states "Once you submit your order for processing, any unused products or memberships purchased are refundable (minus processing fee) within the first 3 days of your membership." My refund request was made within first 3 days!!! NOTHING was ever downloaded!!!! I want my money back!!!

My bank account was charged $67.74. Per Software Pros website - "All refund requests can be made via email to [email protected]. Any and all refunds are subject to a non-refundable $9.99 processing fee." Given this statement on Software Pros' website, I should at minimum receive a refund in the amount of $57.75!
