I placed an order with Balla in November of 2014 for 2 gifts for my daughters for Christmas. They did not come and I inquired as to the status multiple times. I have been lied to and run around about the status. Eventually they stated they would "resend" the order which they failed to do stating they were backlogged. I even obtained a letter from USPS which stated that they never received anything from them for me at all. It is now almost February and I have gotten no resolution. They have no phone number to call. This Company should not be in business.
