I was under the impression that the product was "free" if you paid the shipping, etc. ($4.95). When I received product, the paperwork said I would be charged the full price at the end of the promotional period $99.00. Both items must be returned, 1 can be opened, by the 15 day trial period (from date of invoice) and received within 30 days. AND YOU WILL PAY AN ADDITIONAL $10.00 FOR RESTOCKING - total cost for nothing will be $14.95.
Update: 01/28/2015
In addition to the 14.95 costs - you need to add $3.94 for return postage… total $18.89 for nothing -- at least it's not the $99.00 which would have been lost, etc.
