there was a three day free trial i signed up for. the day after I signed up I called to cancel and the phone lines rang without being answered and I called the following day and the same thing. When I finally got through after the three days I was told i didn't call within the stipulated time period and that they cannot reverse the payment but they can extend the time to 14days. i stated i wanted to cancel and my money back. they insisted i couldn't have my money refunded. on the 14 january 2015 i have now been debited once again usd160. on my card this time from Miami
