They scammed my grandmother by telling her it was an investment for helping others. The keep on mailing her application and calling her to get personal information. We tell them to stop ALL types of communication calling and mailing and they ignore the request. Its pure harassment and no -one has a last name. They are a dog with a bone and looking for the opportunity to find a window to take advantage of my grandmother again. They are located at a UPS post office box, and state they are the "Resource Program"
