I ordered the trial for rejuvalash but even before they can send the mail out I tried canceling it due to eye infection and cannot use any products around the eye. They said that because I greed to their ter!ms I have to follow their return policy but how can I send it back to them when until now I haven't received any. I sent them emails everyday and track our mails from the depot but they haven't sent it. Noe they re ying they will be sending again but I refused to get another one . different people replies to me about the shipping being delayed due to high volume so you won't be able to meet their policy regarding return of 15days upon ordering. This is clearly a delaying tactics for customers not to be able to make the returns within the period. I am tired of emailing them to cancel the trial but I will not be letting them charge me more that what they already had.
