I ordered my son some Proactiv (against my better judgement) over the phone. When we received it, there was a card inside saying Congratulations! You have received a FREE SAMPLE of these vitamins. I thought, ok. Well now, a month later, I received a charge on my credit card for these vitamins. Who the hell do these people think they are taking it upon themselves to send a free sample, then charging my credit card for something that I never ordered to begin with? I looked them up to call, and saw thousands of complaints for the same thing. I am sure that what they are doing is against the law, and I am not stopping here. I was told on the phone that my "membership" was cancelled and that no further charges would be made to my account. We will see. I feel very skeptical about this after reading other complaints, but we will see.
