On 01/30/2015, a person from Canadian Visa Expert called my mobile phone and told me they can assist me to get into Canada. I accepted what he said and I registered. (I was fooled) They withdraw 381 USD.

Right after, I got suspicious and I searched about them on the internet. I read all the bad experiences of different people from different countries. I got mad and I tried to call them. Their phone number never works although they say open for 24/7.

I contacted them via their website writing that I want to cancel my application. A woman called me and I explained her the situation. She said she isn't authorized for a full refund and she also said her general manager will call me about the issue. After that another woman called me and said that she cannot give me a full refund but she can give 100 USD back to me. I didn't accept and said that I want full refund otherwise I am going to bring a lawsuit. Again she said that their manager call me about the problem. I said ok.

Then I contact my lawyer. He has told me that we can bring a lawsuit for mental anguish and for fraud. Now I am just waiting a call from them, otherwise I am ready to fight with this company. What is more, me and my famous youtuber friends are really willing to bring shame on them on social media...
