On Thursday January 15 I placed an order for Drop Dead Fred. On January 16 the order was shown as shipped and the money was removed from my account. As of today, (February 6, 2015) I still have not received my order. I have contacted them by email several times. We've gotten no response. We have also tried calling the number numerous times and always receive a busy signal. I filed a complaint through the BBB, to which their "resolution" was we have never received any emails from you. Not only is this not a resolution, but it is a lie. I have saved EVERY email I have sent. This company is a scam and it blows my mind nobody has shut them down yet!
