Beginning oct 23 2014 I noticed a charge on my 92 year old grandmas account that charge was $291.46 then Nov 12 for $204.82 again on Dec 9th for $107.79 and the latest on Feb 4th for $490.73. The bank (usbank) refuses to help and I have not been able to get anywhere with them! I had a very strong feeling a few years back they were doing some kind of scam. My grandma wouldnt let me take it further than her branch, so happy to have found your site. Hope you can help. Thank you
