I ordered a trial of Vita Ultra and Slimera for $4.95 and 4.97 respectively. They charged me those charges plus fees for "Guaranteed Shipping". When I called them about the additional charges they were removed and I told them I wanted to cancel the orders. A littleover a week later they charged me 84.97 for a three month supply although I did not authorize it. Now they will not refund my money until they take 12.99 additionally for "processing" fees. I did not authorize this and I canceled it well before the "window of opportunity" expired. These people are nothing more than crooks and I now have to jump through all these hoops to get my my back. I spent more than an hour on the phone with them trying to speak to a supervisor. Finally, on my third call they finally allowed me to speak to a supervisor. This is a scam if I ever saw one. Somebody needs to put a stop to it.
