I advised the company rep who emailed me that I had found details relating to this company on scambook.com
She assured me that this was an issue with someone stealing the company details and to show they were genuine I could pay just 50% of my order and then the remaining when I received the goods, checked them and made sure they were as described.
Payment was made by bank transfer, and I sent the screen shot of my statement showing the payment had been successful to them by email.
They kept asking for a receipt from the bank and when I pointed out that I had used online banking and all I got was the proof that the funds had gone was them showing as paid out on my statement as it was a personal account (my statement showed an international transfer to their account number).
They insisted I must have made a mistake in the payment, and when I pointed out that I had taken their bank details direct from the invoice they sent me, so how could I have made the mistake they have started ignoring me.
Delivery was supposed to be within 3 - 5 days of payment, but in emails they have stated they DO NOT HAVE FUNDS - so where sis mine go???
They insist its me and that I never sent them funds, even though I have proof and a written statement from the bank - PLEASE PLEASE I BEG YOU - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE!!!!
