j&m insurance now know as cover my cab taxi insurance

they will not fight your corner if you have an accident.

my car was parked out side my house i left my door wide open. and was at the back off my

boot putting compressor in as i just put air in my trye. as i was doing this a car hit my door

that was wide open. by law you are aloud to do this and if they hit it its there fault as they are driving with out due care and

attention . if i opened door on on coming driver then it would be my fault. this case was closed 3years and four months ago

as a non fault on my side. then it was reopened and now they are saying i open door on driver

i was not even in my car but they have told me they have settled the case. and that I'm am at fault

it was a small claim has the other drivers door mirror came of cost of £276. so j&m as paid this and penalized me with my no claims discount

so all small claim they will not back you on as there insurers are in Denmark.

and you cant put a complate in to ombudsman as they can only deal with complaints with UK
companies so be warned go else where
