International boundaries
Short version - Purchased a membership with Grand Getaways/ Grand Incentives. Never able to use said membership because we could never find available dates, properties or get a decent response from a customer service rep. Was supposed to have become lifetime members and never have to pay annual dues again in 2012 yet am now told that was not the case. None of the incentives provided were ever actually useable and never received incentives promised with renewals in 2012 and 2013. Attempted numerous calls to resolve issue of incentives never being sent to the point that it was no longer worth my time to pursue.
