Was looking for a mortgage , answered the text from Robert Galland of Galland Homes and Second Life . Was told that a appraisal was need to estimate the value of the farm and that he himself paid the appraiser , and that my portion was $840.00 and to send it western union to a Anne Reene Brousseau .
Once this was done , No One came and looked at the farm or has any one contacted my attorney for the deposited find to close the sale on this farm , which he stated was approved and to be completed of the sale by febuary 15 2015 . Did not happen once he received my funds !
