I ordered "Ralph Laurent" sweaters and I received a confirmation by e.mail asking me to send a scan of my credit card and ID. I never answer this e.mail and I received few days later a phone call from Leo Curtis from "b2c2389" the Web site I ordered from. I told him to Cancel my order and refund the $244.80 that was charged the same day of the order.
3 months later, I am still waiting after my refund.
I report them to my bank and made a Claim.
