I have dealt with this seller multiple times: tube dna pro and tube affiliate superstar. I didn't realize it was the same one when I made this purchase. That was a mistake because I have prior negative experiences corresponding with him.

This is the second time that I have tried to get a software he sold to work. I contacted support and they escalated it to him. The only responses I got from him are that the software worked as advertised (false) and that it was my fault because he could not guarantee my marketing success.

The software does not operate as show in the advertisement- it takes an unreasonable amount time and to yield results and then does not produce results.

For example in one instance it said there were 18 results and then when I clicked on the link that the software yielded, there were NO results at all.

This happened twice and I have screen shots. I even sent them to him and support. He did nothing but say that I could not have a refund despite the 30 day money back guarantee and that I could email support. Well, I had already done that.

Bottom line: I purchased something that was advertised to produce results and operate quickly. It did neither. I got no results even after waiting over an hour. If I wanted to do everything manually in google, I could do that myself without some bogus software.

I think Cliff tries to get people to contact him directly outside of paypal because he is trying to wear them out and get them to be beyond the 30 days. He is unethical and provides malfunctioning software. This is an example of false advertising. BUYER BEWARE.
