My friend and I ordered 4 tickets to England FA Cup Fina and we ordered 4 tickets to Barcelona FC Barcelona vs Athletic Bilbao Vip Gold
The next day we asked to cancel the booking for tickets to Barcelona because of a relative died
They took money for a pair of tickets and a pair of tickets to return money
We flew to England they promised tickets FA Cup Fina will be waiting at the hotel
There were no tickets at the hotel, we called them they promised to come the next day, the next day the game they sent us a message and I quote
"We are sorry, but due to the fact that our supplier let us down we cannot supply you the tickets that you ordered, therefore according to the Terms & Conditions we will have to cancel the order"
