I ordered birth certificate on this site. I thought it was a government website to order it.
I contacted vital statistics Canada after 6 weeks, they said it never been filed.
I contacted though [email protected] and never replied any word.
The phone number message was full so I searched other complaints and find out it was news on CBC last year.
I cannot believe this type of scams have never closed down by government.
